janie korn is a new york based visual artist, curator, and content producer. her projects investigate the surrealist realm that exists within the intersection of identity and pop culture.

her works have appeared in The New York Times, ArtNet, Sweet, and A Women’s Thing, among others and worked with brands like United Masters, The Wythe Hotel, and Garmentory. her current multi-media, sculpture and animation series "underwater strip" considers the magic of narrative and form, rethinking the graphic novel format into a full immersive installation. she is inspired by the innovators in latin american fiction and by her journeys throughout south america. she is currently available for freelance projects.
